- Harassment, cheating, or disruptive behavior towards students, gurus, or staff is strictly prohibited.
- Automated scraping, bot access, or unauthorized API usage is not permitted.
05Intellectual Property
- All course materials, content, branding, and software on GURUKUL are the property of Shiv.AI.
- You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access course content for personal learning.
- Recording, screenshotting, or distributing live classes without permission is prohibited.
- User-generated content (submissions, comments) remains your property but grants us a usage license.
06Payment & Refunds
- All fees for courses and services are displayed clearly before enrollment.
- Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners.
- Refund policies are specific to each course and communicated at the time of enrollment.
- Free trial or promotional offerings may have separate terms and conditions.
07Limitation of Liability
- GURUKUL and Shiv.AI are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party services or technical failures beyond our control.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
08Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
- Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
